The James R. Kuse Family Foundation makes grants to organizations that serve Oregon, California, Georgia and Idaho.  Please note that we do not accept unsolicited grant requests.

If your organization has been selected by one of our trustees as a potential grant recipient, please include the following items in your submittal package:

1)  Copy of the grant proposal addressed to the trustee who has solicited the grant, including the following:

• Amount requested and a description of the purpose for which grant funds will be used
• Information relating to your mission and other programs
• Plan (including measurable goals) for accomplishing the purpose of our grant and who will benefit

2)  Copy of your list of board of directors

• Proof of your tax status from the IRS
• Current fiscal year’s budget and most recent audited financial statement
